The great room anchors the north wing: 12-foot ceilings with exposed timber beams, a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace (Colorado moss rock), and a wall of windows facing the forest. It brings light and air into the middle of a single-story plan that would otherwise rely on skylights. The primary suite, kitchen, and guest wing all have courtyard-facing windows. The primary suite occupies the east wing — morning sun through floor-to-ceiling windows facing the forest. Walk-in closet with built-in organizer, freestanding soaking tub, dual vanity with honed granite, and a tiled walk-in shower with rain head and bench. Private access to the courtyard via sliding glass door. The guest wing sits opposite the primary, accessed through the gallery hall. Three bedrooms — two sharing a jack-and-jill bath, one with an en-suite — plus a flex room that works as a study, craft room, or fifth bedroom.
