Orientation Visit
Your first trip to the studio is about getting grounded. We review your floor plan, walk through the selections ahead, and get a sense of your style. Bring your Pinterest board, your magazine clippings, or just describe the last hotel bathroom you loved. Laura's job is to listen — she'll start translating your instincts into materials before the next visit.
Exterior Selections
xterior Selections Stone, siding, metal accents, roof color, garage door style, front door, exterior lighting. We lay everything out together so you can see how materials interact in Colorado's light — which is sharper and bluer than you'd expect. We'll show you samples in direct sun, not just under studio lighting.
Interior Finishes
Interior Finishes This is the big one. Flooring, countertops, cabinetry, tile, hardware, fixtures, paint colors. We work room by room so nothing gets lost. Laura pulls options from our curated palette — every material in the studio has been vetted for how it ages, not just how it photographs. You'll touch everything before you commit to anything.
Final Walkthrough
Final Walkthrough Before we hand off to construction, we review every selection together. You'll see a complete finish board for your home — exterior and interior — and sign off on the details. No surprises downstream. What you approve is what gets built.
